Principal Artist and Interface Designer

This is one of the world’s few opportunities for an artist to join an early-stage tech company.

You will guide and refine our design and domain-specific languages. Your work will go beyond the traditional color schemes and UI screens to focus on consistency and coherence across interfaces, diverse input/output modalities, DSLs, navigation and general ergonomics (i.e., shortcuts, hotkeys, tool-use).

The key metric is reducing the cognitive and conceptual complexity of the product and developing a cohesive design language that spans across all aspects of the product, including icons, typography, layout, interactives, game assets, simulations, and so on.

Principal Automation and Prompt Engineer

In this role, you will:
a) Reduce code and prompt complexity by refining our tech stack.
b) Automate internal processes through a variety of AI agents and interfaces.

Examples:

Your interests and natural tendencies should include meta- and functional programming and a penchant for abstraction and structural elegance. You should be comfortable with scripting, full-stack development, AI and prompt design workflows (tool calling, vector search, templating, chunking, etc.).
